Shipping & Returns

RETURNS
Due to the products we sell, we do not accept returns unless it is defective.  We will gladly replace your unused defective products for the same exact one with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting MyLuvToy first. All defective products must be return to us within 30 days of purchase in original packaging.

SHIPPING
We use either UPS or USPS to ship your order. Orders over 2lbs ship UPS and orders under ship USPS. Your shipping charges are based on the value of your order so you always know what your shipping expenses are. See below for our current shipping rates:
